- This tool only helps you prepare your documents. PRC and the CPD Council decide whether to credit your application and how many units it earns.
- PRC revised the self-directed learning rules in 2026 (Resolution No. 2165) and is still updating CPDAS. Check the current requirements on CPDAS before you pay and submit.
- Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded to CPD Hub PH.

2PRC forms
Check CPDAS for the forms PRC currently asks for (for example the application form and any evidence-of-learning form). You can also find them on the PRC CPD forms page. Fill them in and sign them.
Upload them in the order PRC lists them, as PDFs or clear photos of each page.
3Your PRC ID
Front and back of your PRC ID card.
4Your learning activities
Add each training you want credited. If you need a narrative report, we can write one from your answers, with a line for your signature.
